Need help on removing the front door panels from my 2001 e320. I think th regulators need to be lubricated because the glass does not want to go back up smoothly.

 

pop out the plastic trim behind the chrome handle. pop off the SRS label on the door and there is a screw there. if you have side airbags. unscrew lock ****, pop of cap below door armrest and theres a screw there. then pop off the door panel starting at the bottom of the door.

Thanks to all who responded. With all your good tips I was able to remove the door panel. I cleaned and greased the movable parts and now glass goes up and down smoothly.
