Anyone had experience with the E class diesal? I'm considering one and I live in New England. I know that 30 yrs. ago the Mercedes had a hard time starting in the cold. Also, are they more or less trouble free than a gas job?

 

It may partially depend on the age car you are considering and if the glow plugs are working at top efficeincy.. I own an 06 e320cdi and the glow plugs only need operate a few seconds and the vehicle is ready to start--no issues at all
