Hello All,

I own a 2001 Benz E 430 4Matic.

The central locking is behaving wierd. Usually when I start driving my car, all the doors lock itself after 5-10 seconds.
But today, when I started my car, closed the driver side door, started driving and as usual, all the doors got locked. But after 3-4 seconds, all the locks opened by itself and whenever I stopped my car say at a traffic light and started driving again, the doors locked again and after 3-4 seconds all the doors got unlocked again.

Please help.

one of your door jam switches is most likely broken.check that first.

 

...or one of the doors is not fully closed...check the boot.
