Default Does anyone have experience with Aftermarket fuel pumps right and left

I have tried 2 different companies with 2 different aftermarket filters. The drier side pump filter throws a P2540 code is saying it is a low pressure / performance issue measurements are outside the norms. The lo pressure fuel pump works perfectly

Has anyone had Experience with using aftermarket fuel filters? have a hard time believing that a new filter would cause these error codes

I have replaced both fuel pumps on my E class that is throwing me for a loop after installing the new driver side suction pump/ filter assembly I am getting a pending P2540 when ever the driver side fuel filter suction pump is installed.

Hello.
I have a 2009 E280 (left hand drive) Petrol with 122k km on it.
Today I had the following fitted by my independent workshop.

1.aftermarket mfr Continental Fuel Supply Filter Unit p/n A2C59514936
2. aftermarket mfr VDO Fuel Pump (didn't not the p/n)

The whole job took 30min max.
They primed the pump, started the engine and away I went.
No error codes.
