Default Designing a Kill Switch

Hey guys,
Here in a few months I am going to be moving to florida for college. I've got to make a 3000 mile drive there by myself through areas I don't know. Because I don't want to get stuck half way there, I want to install a kill switch to prevent my car from being stolen. My idea is to put the switch inline with the ground for the fuel pump relay and hide it as the power antenna switch. I posted because I am wondering if there is a better way or if there is any suggestions or things I should know. Its a '91 190e 2.3.
