Cold Air Climate Control

My 1998 E320 has refrigerant but when I turn it on only warm air blows. The heat works but the cold air does not. Any suggestions?

acuators may not be opeining the doors or valve ,,not a costly fix,,,,there is a reset on the e320 on the climate control to reset the acuators but i do not know it,,try here or Youtube,,,,.com
