Codes P0705 & P0600....Need Help

Codes P0705 & P0600....Need Help
My transmission doesnt let me get out of park. The check engine light is on and i got the codes:
P0705-Transmission Range Sensor Switch Circuit Malf. (PRNDL Input)
P0600 Can Data Bus Malf.
Can anyone help me out with both of these codes? I have read that it could be the shifter or conductor plate, is that correct?
If it is the conductor plate is it hard to replace?
