Im having problems with my central lock, with the key it lock the doors but from the inside the button on the dash unlock the doors only, help please

how do I remove this button?, also, i've noted that que interior self dimming light doesn't work, have chequed the switch, and it is ok...... theres must be something else, the vacuum pump works every 30 seconds, wich dry the battery the next day..... more help please
