Which to buy, 2002 or 2004 wagon?

I am looking for a wagon out here in the San Francisco area. I have seen 2002 models with 100k for $10,000. I have also seen a 2004 with 115K for $13,000. My question is whether the 2004 is a better car? Thanks, Mark.

tough call! I love the styling of the 04 but I've always heard that the reliability of the 210s are much better than all the electrical complications of the w211s. So far my 211 has been solid. knock on wood.
