Default bolt Injector - Damaged thread need help

HI
I have OM612
I need advice on what to do. ?
The bolt came loose from its thread (it happened to me while driving)
Unfortunately this happened with an injector that was replaced 60K ago
What is the recommended solution
Should I do a Heli coil?
Or just make a new thread and go from M6 to M8?
Is there another solution that will last for years
I would love a link to purchase a quality product
Any help would be appreciated
Thank you

The best long-term fix is to repair the injector clamp bolt hole with a Time-Sert insert in the original M6 size. It’s stronger and more reliable than a Heli-Coil and keeps everything to factory spec. Upsizing to M8 works but changes the design and isn’t ideal unless the hole is badly damaged. A proper Time-Sert kit for Mercedes CDI injector bolts will last for years and is the recommended solution.
