Default BAS, ABS lights

I just changed my battery in a 1999 Mercedes benz E430 and the BAS, ABS & ASR lights stay on.
Does any one knows how to reset them?

Default RE: BAS, ABS lights

Try turning steering from full LH steering lock to full RH lock and back.

The steering centreline sensor will have lost its reference with the battery off.
The above procedure resets it.

Off course if this doesn't work then other causes are possible.
