aircon compressor problem

Default aircon compressor problem

hi

i got a 94 e320 that traviled 80 miles

i found out that there was a beating sound coming out of the aircon compressor ,the more i rev it up the faster the beats gets.i asked some one who knows abit about cars he said the bearing inside the compressor has failed,another openion i got from a guy he said look buddy ,u dont need that compressor in the car,and u can remove it and get a shorter belt,is that a convineant solution and would it effect the computer?
does it have a complicated computer like bmws

can the experts help me please

Where do you live,that you at sometime of the year would not need the a/c to work?Unless you have the proper tools and equip to do the repair ,you need to replace the compressor,after checking if that is what is wrong.Any good indie shop can do it no need to go to the dealer,they will rip you off.

well guys,it appeard to be its the exaughst compresor,and its there for invironment reasons,can some one tel me more about it plz and do i realy need this machine in my car? becouse the sound is so annoying and its so expensive to fix

i live in newzealand ohlord its cold here all the time
