I am considering going for a long holiday in Europe. I would not like to use stickers to adjust headlamps - as they are not particularly bright as they are and use of stickers will make them even less effective. In fact I want to put extra bright bulbs like PHILIPS H7 EXTREME X-TREME for extra safety.

However the question is how to adjust lamps to Europe compliant beam without using stickers?
