I can not get my address book from my Blackberry Curve 8310 to download into the memory of the COMAND system. I have a bluetooth set up and it recognizes the phone just fine, but it won't download the address book. The phone indicates that it is a problem with the bluetooth but I can't find anything at the wireless4MB website that is of any help. Any ideas?????????

 

I also have a 2008 E350, I bought the bluetooth dongle part# B6 787 5878, the color of the dongle is silver, my Blackberry is Curve 8530. The BB and MB paired and I can dial the phone using the numbers from the key pad of the car but when tried to transfer the contacts, it failed with error message "Failed to transfer contact...."

Anyone know what I missed or what need to be done, please help.

What about the new version of dongle part # B6 787 6131 color is back, will this version allow to download the contacts?
