2011 E Address book sync

2011 E Address book sync
I have a 2011 E Cabriolet and have not be able to import my contacts into the MB address/phone book. I have a Motorola Droid World phone which is synced to the MB Command system. I have followed the directions listed in the MB manual b ut keep getting a error message on the command screen. Any help available?
