Does the 2009 E320 Diesel use AdBlue?

 

Thanks, but I already recently bought a certified pre-owned 2009 E320B. So I've learned that this model doesn't use AdBlue. Why not and why should I care? What does this stuff do and am I better or worse off for not having to use it?
