she didn't apologize or anything? offer an explanation as to why, with a cell phone, drove towards you?

 

ofcourse she was freaking out, she almost crashed stopping her car and jumping out to see if i was ok. this happend about 2 minites away from my house (so lame..) so my dad arrived at the scene in about 30 seconds. she seems like a fine person but we havent decided if we r going to let insurance company get envolved in this yet. after a few price quote on how much fixing this car is going to be we will decide furthur on.

when i crashed into the rock i didn't even care about the situation of my self, i ran out and almost cried when i saw my baby.. then 30 seconds later my dad asked me if i was ok and i was like what? o ya.. me.. im fine..

 

lol...i shouldn't laugh but this was the exact same way I felt when I crashed in the freeway...radiator bleeding, hood crunched, headlight gone, grille broken...horrible scene. Parents gave me a big lecture on how the car is a material thing and how I should be grateful that I'm alive...but damn, my car died that day. Good luck with the financial settlement.

 

This is just one reason to carry a roll of tp in the car...not the trunk, (it may be stuck shut) if you $hit you are covered....also if you break down and cry...your'e covered. BE CERTAIN TO WIPE TEARS FIRST!

I hope all winds up allright on this one....cell phonies cause more problems than drunks!

wow went to 3 shops today and found out that the total is going to be 6000...

also found out that insurance isn't paying a penny...

why? don't worring about it.. id much rather not talk about it over the net with people that im not close with...

mayb thats why ppl say u shouldn't get a nice car as your first car?

my car is pretty much totaled i guese...

they r charging me 1200 on the body labor and only 350 on the frame labor..

most of these things dont include labor.. i know i can get a lot of these of ebay for way cheaper.. but even at 4500, i dont know if my dad wants to fix this car.

any thoughts? to tell you the truth id have to shoot my self i have to drive a 20 year old hunda.

 

your first benz isn't a nice car, it's a test car. That's the car you're going to: crash, scratch, bump, dent, ding, cut, kill and bury. You're a newb driver and everyone goes through it...just thank it for the memmories and move along.

 

ya but u have no clue how heart broken i am.. im moving on from a 94 benz with 84k mmiles to like a 80s POS.. the thing is the car drives fine so i feel like a idiot just trashing it.
