Default 99 E430

I'm thinking of trading my 91 190E for a 99 E430. Any quirks that I should know about this car?
It only has 70000 miles on it. I can get it for $9000 and my 190E 2.6.

That's cheap? What was the price b4 the trade of the 190E? Cause that seems to cheap unless ur 190 is completely perfect.

My 190E is in excellent condition with 67000 miles. There isn't a spot of rust on it. I'm the second owner. The E430 is listed at $15950 but I bought the 190E from this dealer so he's willing to work with me on the price. Thanks for the reply.
