Default 91 190e 2.6 a/c problem

today i replaced the accumelator on my 2.6, then evacuated the system to 30 psi vaccum. after thirty min of waiting to see if the vac held, it did. i put in four oz of 150spi oil that was mixed with 4 oz of r134a refrig. then i added a shot of uv die, and 10 oz of r134a refrigerant.(that was all it would take) I cant get the system to cool down the a/c more than 10 deg. my question is, is the 150spi oil the correct oil to use; why wont my system take any more than 10 oz of refrigerant; and finally, where can i find a retrofit kit that actually fits my high pressure side fitting?(someone else did the retrofit) thnks for any help
