Default 86 300e wont startup. please help

i got 86 300e and it wont startup. Here is the story: when i bought it, it was working fine engine ran smoothly without any problems. And than i had to give it to the autoshop becuz it needed some frame work... And after i got it back since it was smoking already before the autoshop i changed oil and added some "stop smoking" thing. And after that it was hard to start it up, it will only start after about 5 min of trying and than worked fine with out any smoke, but had low rpms one "parking" after it would warm up (about 5 mins) the rpms went to normal .7-.9 . But after driving it like that for 3 days it just started to die on me on every stoplight and it got harder to start it and now it wont start at all ( im thing maybe something with fuel pump or some other sht ) please HELP

I do not see any reference to the car being a diesel.

Fuel filter? Fuel pressure? Fuel pump?
