Default 300E belt tensioner

Hello, I am planing to change a worn out belt tensioner on my 1993 ,300e 3.2 MB ( 130 ,000 miles). I am a weekend mechanic. So far on this car; I changed brake pads, rotors a few times and replaced a engine wireharness. I would appreciate any information on how to do this project. Thanks , Sandor.

Thanks! Paid a mechanic $ 200 to do the job with my own parts.
