Does anyone has an idea for this problem?

My car a W124 300E 24Valve need twice to start when engine is warm.

Suggestion please. Parts have replaced are:

ovp,
fuel pump,
fuel filter,
timing chain,

The car run fine but engine is a bit shakey. My machanic ask me to perform a head rebuild?
shall i do it?
