Hi,

2018 E-CLASS 220D - My car is not long out of warranty.

Sat Nav went strange, lost all my recent destinations, and does not save any now, default settings on every boot up.

Heard that Mercedes have sent an update to remove TRAFFIC start of September 2021 - same time mine went off.

Now my central dash/command is in a continual reboot loop, have no access to any dash features, heating audio, sat nav etc

A friend ran a diagnostic which came up with B15A100/B227D00/B21A100 (Do you think they have deliberately sent out an update to kill my car to increase revenue?)

Is there a fix? can it be done at an independent dealer?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks
