2014 E550 Transmission Hard Downshift
Problem: When the vehicle is cold (just started) it has a harsh downshift from 5th to 4th gear, at low speeds (25-35 MPH) and under low acceleration.
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?
The issue is not new. Previous attempts by the dealer to make programming corrections have not solved the problem.
