hi rashid,
was it a chug noise? just hummming sound? hissing?
vibrates on your brake padle, hmmm does this vibration make your steering shakes or everytime you press your brake padlle?

It may be your brake by wire system (Sensotronic Brake Control) your hearing. I know my buddies E350 and E500 are both equipped with that and I believed it to be on all E class from around 2003-2006 (pre-facelift).
It applies the brakes at those times (and others) to be sure the car does not move. Also pulses as you ride down the road to keep the rotors dry. You may also hear it when you open the door. This is also the reason we do not change brakes ourselves on his cars....big no no without the Mercedes Star Diagnostics System hooked-up.

when you put the car into gear and it starts to creep forward with your foot still partly on the break and you get a vibration and or rumbling noise from the front end, it is usually brake pads. It happened on two of my previous e320`s, changed the pads...bingo,it cured the problem. I now have an e500. best of luck.
