2005 E320 need help
Hey guys im a newbie here i currently have a vw and i want to upgrade. well i found a black on black 2005 e320 with 28,000 miles on it for 26k because i spoke to the dealership and they said they can drop it to 23k. To me it sounds like a pretty good deal but i guess what my question is you being the experts what do you think? i have been looking in this forum and seems like there are many mixed emotions about this car. Thanks for the help
Here is a nice W210 for sale. I have an 2002 E320. Great car and have had very very few trips to the shop with it. I dont where you are located but this is very nice and fairly priced 2002 E320 with only 34,000 MILES.

Camelbackracer,
Seems like a reasonable price for the mileage. For the most part the E-320 is bullet proof but as they have been more infused with the Chrysler mentality the quality has decreased on several levels. Mainly the suspension component wear out and the electical ghosts. The ball joints, tie-rods, control arm bushings, and sway bar links all seem to go well before they should. But they are not too expensive to replace. The electricals are known issues and can be quite frustrating in getting the dealer to to honest about these factory defects and not placing the burden of repair costs on you! The car suddenly dieing is a problem that they know about ( it's in the rear harness fusebox)! Also, ALL the catalytic converters start to rattle loose at about 75K and the EPA requires them to be replaced by the dealer up to 80K! Other than that they are a great car that will give you years of service. Good luck, Bob

18k for an 02? even with low miles 14k tops.I located a low mile 01 without a ding in mint condition for $10500 you are trying to get above dealer price and in a cash market you will sit forever on an 18800 02.
