Default 2004 E 500 air suspesion problem

I took my 500 in to the dealer for an A/C problem. That a member here helped me to fix myself. But a day after leaving the dealer service center the nose of the car is practically sitting on the front tries and I get a 'stop car to low warning' until the air suspension fills. The car even rides more roughly than before. A call into the service center I just left, says that front air shocks 'that worked fine yesterday, I'm not sayin it was them I'm just sayin is all.' proabaly needs replacing and that its not cheap. So I'm just wondering if anyone has had tihis problem. And if I need new shocks where to get them other than the MB dealer. Also if anyone has a link to a suspension diagram so I know what I'm looking for, that would be awesome. Thanks.
