Hi,
I own a 2002 E430 and I have a few issues:

1) Driver's side head rest will not go down all the way. I need to know how to replace the motor? There are older posts about this (with pics), but they are so old they are no longer available.
2) Car has shake. I think it's the motor mount but they were replaced by the previous owner a year ago (maybe they used after market mounts?).
