Will be purchasing a 2001 e430 4matic with 46,500 miles shortly from a MB dealership.
Does any one know of any problems with this car that I should be looking for before the purchase? The car looks great and the dealership has inspected it and gave it their ok.

I would appreciate any advise or comments!
