2001 E320 Error Codes P0422 & 0432

2001 E320 Error Codes P0422 & 0432
Can anybody help with the likely hood of both these codes appearing at the same time and how to check what if anything needs to be replaced.
Vessel has 142,000 miles on the clock, I bought it at 89,000 miles. I do mainly highway miles, think this wagon is exceptional.
