Hi everyone,

My automatic doors locks, truck release,and interior lights stop working all of a sudden. I have been using the small silver key to open the driver doors and the trunk. My alarm still works if I open the door with small key before pressing the alarm on my remote. My interior lights won't come on when the door opens unless I manually turn them on. I was told that it could possibly be the PSE pump. Any thoughts/suggestions? Thanks!

 

Have you exhausted the possibility it's a fob malfunction?

 

Check the fuse box for any blown fuse. Sounds like a fuse problem.

 

sounds very much like water intrusion into the critical area beneath the rear seat.
this is where the PSE pump is located, along with the car battery and one of the
largest fuse clusters for the E320.

pull the seat and carefully look and feel for indications of moisture. how might
water get there? clogged drain passages from the door. spilled water. sunroof
left open during rain. you get the idea.
