2000 E320 Lights Flicker

2000 E320 w/60K Miles - Lights (outside front & rear as well as inside) are flickering when car is moving - any immediate thoughts/observations? Thank you!

It seems to me that you might have a bad earth connection, thats making and breaking with the movement of the car, check all your earthing cables.
