2000 E320 Climate Control

I am having a problem with the drivers side A/C. The passenger side blows cold, but the drivers side does not. It just seems to blow the outside air in. Anyone else have that issue and figure ou thow to fix it?

This is most likely an indication of low gas presure in your AC system and a possible leak.
Check the presure or have it checked and if low,they can add a little gas that hasdye in itto look for the location of the leak.
Your control panel may gointo protective mode when presure is low and STAY on EC.

This is most likely an indication of a stuck duo-valve.A slight differential between pass and drivers side could be low R134a or a partly stuck duo-valve.A large difference that you describe is most likely the valve.

Give the duo-valves a firm tap on the sides with a screw driver handle most times that is all it takes to free up a stuck one.
They are the two tin can little beer can shaped units located with the electronics by the firewall in your passenger side engine compartment.

The weather never got above 66 this weekend. I'll check things out this week. I didhowever check for the little beer cans valves, but couldn't locate anything that looked like them.Since it will be warmer this week, I'll take my time looking harder. I'll report back.

Don't pay attention to the sun sensor code it has no affect on the operation.
Toss in a can of r134a from any good auto store follow the instructions on the can.Post the results,should fix it.However it will happen again until you find and fix the small leak.

Number 7 was 07. I did take the duo valve apart, clean it, vasaline and put it back together again, before I did the diagnostics. I put a can of 134 in. I'll report back in a couple days.
