Default 1999 E320 headlight condensation

I have a 1999 4matic E320 with significant headlight condensation on the passenger side. Any suggestions? Can the cover be replaced without replacing the whole assembly? Where can I find instructions/diagrams? Also looking for a used wheel. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Yes, the whole headlight can be disassembled and cleaned out. Just be real careful with those plastic tabs. I did mine. Good luck

Note if the headlight lens is discolored there is a firm in Florida called Dr. Headlight that will re-surface them and re-spray with epoxy coating so they look brand new. I was skeptical but was pleasantly surprised. Heavy oxidation is 100% gone.
