I have a 1997 e420 sport and the built in phone keeps beeping. It used to just have the tone when turning the key, before starting the car. Now it’s when I open the door and until I actually start the ignition. It’s very annoying. Doesn’t happen while I drive, but as soon as I turn off the car it continues and I can see the “power” turn on and off on the phone display.

How do I disable this?
