Default 1994 E420 REAR DRIVE TRAIN

I just purchased a 1994 e420 with 65000 miles on it. How to I tell if it hastraction control as an original option? When I hit the gas hard from a stand still, the right rear tire grabs, then if feel the left rear tire engage/grab immediately after. Is this the traction control or is there a possible wornmount, flexdisc or drive axle part?
