so i tried to start my 1993 E 300 (with the 3.2 liter) and nothing happened. i have the dash lights and power (12.4 volts i believe) but nothings happening. the starter dont make a single sound. so i replaced the starter cause i didnt listen to some mechanic and pay him to diagnose it first.....so now i dont wanna pay him after i spent all day replacing the starter. and lets not forget that i dont wanna give in...yet. i have an ego to uphold LOL any advice would be greatly appriciated.

PS-i checked the fuses in the underhood fuse box but thats it.
