Default 1993 300E Lifters - Cam Followers

I'm replacing the head gasket on my 93 300e 2.8l and noticed when i took the cams off that 6 of the 24 lifters/followers didn't have any spring to them. The car didn't rattle loudly before blowing the head gasket and filling the number 6 cylinder with coolant. I'm hesitant to replace any of them as i didn't hear them making any noise. Is this normal after 170k miles?

Also, I didn't have a manual for this engine and am wanting to see if anyone can verify the head bolt torque setting?

I think they are around 40 lbs, then 90 degrees, then 90 degrees.

Also the intake torque, cam cover torque would be helpful.
