1991 190E Rear Speaker installation
Hi there! I just purchased a 91 190E 2.6. and trying to save time and money.
Purchased aftermarket speakers (new) for he rear....the old speaker did not work and were 2 different after market speakers as well.
The wires are stripped and trying to figure out the correct wiring system and circuit... These wires are located in the trunk, under the deck shelf (where the speakers lay).
There is one large black cable with 4 wires inside: 1- white, 1-black, 1-black with gray stripe, and one yellow. I read online about the black being negative and white positive, but.........???
There is also two gray wires separate from the black......a solid gray and a gray with red stripe. Any help is appreciated!!!
