the 300te auto is not engaging gears properly, I think it's the linkage and not the tranmission. Once engaged the transmission is fine, it's getting it into gear that's the issue. The selector seems sloppy to me but the wife is the primary driver and she says it feels the same as always. So 2 questions...does the linkageseem reasonable and how hard isit to replace? The part is like $20but I don't have any experience doing it.... Thanks
