Default 1989 300CE stalls only when warmed up

Wonder if anyone has experienced this problem, just bought a 1989 300CE, drives great but sometimes stalls out just as it warms up. Car completely dies, no sputter, just immediately dead. Re-starts after several cranks (as if out of fuel). I've changed the O2 sensor, fuel pumps, fuel filter, spark plugs and OVP relay and it still stalls. Also does not always stall, but if it does only when transitioning to warm, when re-started does not stall again and does not stall when started warm, only on cold starts as it warms (5 mins or so). Any ideas would be appreciated!
Thanks, Mark

try cleaning up your throttle body with throttle cleaning spray to dissolve all those dirt in you air intake. and try replacing you idling control valve. Located close to your red dipstick. Looks like a small can ..please try referring to the picture.

hope this help

Thanks for the reply, the car is at a repair shop, going on 3 weeks now and no fix in sight. Looks like the ICV can be tested, and maybe cleaned. Certainly worth checking it.

Found the problem, it was the fuel pump relay.
