My AC started working after I replaced the expansion valve, dryer and AC relay. I had the system evacuated at the local shop. I put vacuum on system and recharged and all seemed well for a day or to now the AC wont come on... I need an electrical diagram to diagnose problem.... Does any one have a diagram? I went to the skinner page but cant download image as it says forbiden. Please help...

 

My guess is that it is not your AC at all, but rather your blower motor. The brushes need replaced. Check ebay for kits to do this. Same problem mine had. Put in new brushes, and worked like a champ.

 

I removed blowermotor cleaned and replaced blower regulator.
I relaced low pressure switch, dryer and expansion valve.
I charged system still no go.
I replaced relay then wala the compressor came on.
It worked for a day or two. I think I have a bad wire or connection somewhere.
I can jumper relay and compressor comes on and works. I have checked the compressor signal with my scope and it looks good. Every thing that I can check looks good. Thats why I need a diagram so I can find what signal is missing to turn the ac relay on.
