1987 300E Fuel Mixture Problem

My 1987 300E's spark plugs are fouling very rapidly. I think this is due to a rich fuel mixture. The thing is I can't figure out what part to replace in order to fix this. Any ideas?

I had same problem ,factory valve guides were bad replaced worked fine, did job myself.
