I have a 1990 190E 1.8AT. My instrument panel has a large clock as the right most dial. This is different from other 190Es I have seen, which have a r.pm. dial, with a small clock at the bottom.
Was the 190E shipped with 2 different dials? Is it worth the effort to get it changed so that I can see the r.p.m.?

yes, you can change it.

instead of just that big clock, you can install a tachometer with small clock on it.
