Default 03 E320S Transmission Failure

Guys
Annoying transmission jerks were experienced but mechanic gets no code reading. Ran the car for a while to see if any codes develops. Except for jerks, no other problem. Still, no codes.
After replacing conductor plate and (black) oil, transmission does not work at all. No forward or reverse operation right at shop.
Since this happened end of year, mechanic is still working on it. I'm not too satisfied with mechanic.
Any suggestions.
Thanks

the transmission jerks, hard to say. but is it all the time or only at a certain speed? could be radiator coolant in the trans fluid and caused the trans to shudder on accel. also could be the conductor plate, which does solve alot of problems but if you tighten the screw for the electrical connector too tight ( it should only be snug) you can break or bend the contacts to the connector and (from experience) wont go into reverse. or youll have shift issues. is he sure he has the correct amount of trans fluid in the car? does he have the correct dipstick to check the fluid level? you could need to clear codes in the trans too. but not likely.

From experience

Black Oil in the transmission means transmission failure/Burnt. If all hopes has been done on the trans and still no go. Well you should consider General overhaul the transmission... but it b costly... ouch!
