Advice sought: Installing daytime running light leds next to fog lamp in AMG Bumper
Dear All,
I'd be grateful for you help...I bought some Philips Daytime running lamps (LEDS) for my CLS320Cdi...it has the AMG body kit and the lamps will fit neatly next to the fog lamp.
Could anyone recommend the best source to power these lamps ? I either need to feed the wires into the main cabin of the car (power into 12v socket) or is therea suitable 12v source in the engine compartment ? I won't be wiring to the main lamp circuits and this may throw up errors with faulty bulb warnings...I just need some advice on the best way to hook these lamps up to the battery (controlled via ignition on, etc).
Thanks in advance
Prashan
