Some time my seats does not fold foward out, so passanger can get in/out of the back seat. Is there a certain psosion on the seat for the seat to fold up? Sometime it want's to work and sometime it does not release it all the way foward.

 

It all depends on the seat position prior to trying to fold it. If the seat position is not all the way back (or close to it) then it will not pivot up towards the windshield. It will fold but not move up and forward. Try this while the seat is all the way back.
