I bought a 2005 CLK320 Cabriolet 2 months ago and it has only 27K miles on it and is in pristine condition. The question I have is that when I unlock the car at night, both the fog lights come on for a second. However, the light switch is set to Auto, and for some reason the fog light comes on only driver side. I don't think I turned on the fog lights at all.
I noticed yesterday that the passenger side low beam HID, goes on and off intermittently. I had just replaced the high beam bulbs with Silverstar but the low beams were working fine for 3 weeks until yesterday.
I hope to find some loose connection on the HID but quite cannot understand the fog light coming on only driver side. I know both sides do work.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
