Default POWER SEAT PROBLEM

I have a 2000 CLK 430, I folded the passenger seat forward so someone could get the back and the seat slides forward. Now the seat is stuck all the way forward and will not slide back, all the other power seat features work. Anybody else have this problem, please help a brother out, before I have to go pay an arm and a leg to the dealer.

if you use the fore/aft switch... the seat still cannot move?

The seat cages are known for blowing fuses. You will blow another fuse sooner or later. your going to need to get a new seat cage.

The seat cage is the lower frame of your seat. where all of the motors bolt on to. they tend to short out or something and blower fuses.
the repair is to replace the seat cage. there is a bullitin about this on netstar.
