I just bought a 2004 convertible and my top fluid is a little low,my question is does the fluid leak all the time or just when you lowere and raise the top

2. my car doesn’t have the CD player in glove box,I see there is a knockout in the back of glovebox is there a cable in the back that if I buy a CD player from eBay can I just plug it into the back of radio or do I need to buy the Fibre optic cable thanks jimbo
